The Alouettes improved to 7-0 for the first time since 2002, the last year they won the Grey Cup. Ok, so they beat up on a banged up Toronto team that has more injuries than "Contact C" has little balls, but we still know where this is going. See you at the parade, Montreal! In NHL action, the Buffalo Sabres are finally putting the media to rest. Yes, $5 million is a lot for Daniel Briere, but they are showing that they have confidence in last year's (almost) Stanley Cup hero. If they can keep last year's team and do a little tweaking (and I don't mean changing their colors AGAIN), they will have a great shot at the Cup again. Buffalo is one of the leagues hardest working teams and can possibly win it all, unless they play the Washington Capitals (Sorry Jim, couldn't hold back on that one).
